How much does the pilot program cost?▾
€15/month per seat, price locked for life. When we move to commercial launch (€25/month standard), the 10 pilot clinics keep the original rate forever. No setup fee, no duration commitment, cancel anytime.
What are the selection requirements?▾
We're looking for active veterinary clinics in Italy, with at least one daily operational seat and willingness to give structured feedback during the first 3 months. You don't need to be technical, you don't need an existing system. We select by case variety, not size.
What if I'm not satisfied?▾
Exit without penalty, export all clinical data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, OMOP-CDM) and take it with you. Zero lock-in. The first 4 weeks are assisted onboarding: if in that window the product doesn't work for you, we refund the fee paid.
Are my visit data used by Pharma?▾
Only in anonymized and aggregated form, GDPR-compliant by construction. The full clinical record with identifiers remains exclusively your asset. The DaaS research layer contains only anonymous structured data. You always have the right to opt-out entirely from the research layer: in that case you only pay for the SaaS, nothing else changes.
When does the pilot start and how long does it last?▾
We select the 10 clinics by end of 2026, onboarding staggered in the following weeks. The pilot is continuous, no fixed duration: you keep the €15/month rate for life as long as you want to continue. Full commercial launch available from early 2027.
