How long does it take to learn Flow?▾
Flow is zero-click: you speak during the visit as you always do, the AI Assistant writes on its own. First access takes ~10 minutes to configure the clinic profile. From there, no training needed.
Do my patients' data stay mine?▾
Yes. The full clinical record, including identifiers, stays in your operational archive. The research layer holds only structured data anonymized by construction (GDPR de-identification at the source). You keep legal and operational control.
Can I export records if I switch system?▾
Yes. All clinical data is exportable in standard formats (CSV, JSON, OMOP-CDM). No lock-in. We also support import from existing systems (Vetmanager, Smartvet, Excel files) to migrate legacy records to OMOP-CDM standard.
How much does Flow cost?▾
€15/month per seat during the pilot program (10 selected clinics, price locked for life). €25/month standard at commercial launch. No setup cost, no hardware to buy. Comparable: equivalent systems like IDEXX Neo or Animana cost €150-300/month without AI Assistant or OMOP-CDM mapping.
What happens if my internet drops during a visit?▾
Flow records locally during the visit. When connectivity is back, the record syncs to cloud and is processed. No visit lost.
Do I need to be technical to use it?▾
No. Flow runs on desktop and mobile browser. If you can open a website, you can use Flow. Dedicated onboarding for pilot clinics: ~30 minutes call, we configure together.
