Accessing and using the website www.argovance.com and the Argovance Flow platform (hereinafter "the Services") implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Argovance provides:
- Argovance Flow (SaaS): piattaforma cloud per la gestione intelligente della visita veterinaria con documentazione automatica assistita da AI, riservata a strutture veterinarie regolarmente iscritte.
- Argovance DaaS: servizio di fornitura di dataset clinici veterinari anonimizzati e standardizzati OMOP-CDM, riservato a soggetti dell'industria Life Sciences previa sottoscrizione di contratto specifico.
- Sito web informativo: www.argovance.com, accessibile liberamente a scopo informativo.
3. Registration and Account
Access to the Flow platform requires registration. Users agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
- Keep access credentials confidential.
- Immediately notify Argovance of any unauthorized access to the account.
Argovance reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of violation of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All site and platform content (texts, graphics, logos, software, architecture) is the exclusive property of Argovance or its licensors and is protected by Italian and European copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Argovance commits to ensuring the continuity and quality of the Services, but cannot exclude temporary technical interruptions. In no event shall Argovance be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
6. Changes to Services and Terms
Argovance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with reasonable notice to registered users. These Terms may be updated: the current version is always available on this page.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the Services, the Court of Modena shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
